Throw in baking soda, citric acid, and epsom salts into the bowl in a 2:1:1 ratio, respectively. For this batch, I used 2 cups baking soda, 1 cup citric acid, and 1 cup epsom salts.
Melt 3 tsp of coconut oil and then add 10 tsp of water. Make sure the coconut oil is more than just warm so that it doesn’t separate from the water too much. Add about 6-8 drops of essential oil.
Add in whatever color you want them to have! Don’t put in too much or else it’ll stain your bathtub!
Add the liquid VERY SLOWLY to the dry bowl (almost one drop at a time) and continuously mix with a whisk. If the stuff is fizzing, you’re adding the liquid too quickly. Keep adding the water/coconut oil liquids until you can form 1-2 large clumps when you take a handful.
Pack the mixture into a mold of your choice and make sure you pat it in there nicely so that it doesn't fall apart when you take them out. Let the bath bombs dry IN their molds overnight and then take them out gently. If you don’t have time overnight, you can put them in the freezer for a couple hours. :)
