Interviewer: Sam Eaddy

How is the artwork you make meaningful to you?

The artwork I make is meaningful to me because it allows me to express certain things that I love without having to use words.

What piece of artwork was your favorite to make, and why?

I really enjoyed making a montage of a waterfall in Glacier National Park, Montana because it was hard to create since I am not the best at photoshop and I felt very accomplished once I finished.

What’s your favorite emoji and why?

I really like the girl raising her arms in a shrug position just because I relate a lot to her.

What are some of your favorite hobbies?

I love hanging with friends but I also really enjoy reading!

Do you have a favorite music artist or genre?

I love a lot of music, but I mostly listen to indie/alternative rock. Two Door Cinema Club and Ra Ra Riot are my favorite bands.

What’s your zodiac sign?

I’m a Gemini!

Who are some of your role models that help influence your future as an artist?

My parents definitely because they always love my work and always encourage me to continue taking photographs!

Favorite TV show and why?

There are so many to choose from since I watch too much Netflix but probably The Office because I could never get sick of it.

Favorite Movie and why?

I love Silver Linings Playbook because, like The Office, I could never get sick of it.

One thing you can’t live without…

I don’t think I could live without my headphones. If I don’t bring them to school, my whole day is ruined.

What are you doing this summer?

I’m going to Florida to do community service, marine life conservation, and scuba diving!

12. What do you plan on doing in the future as an aspiring artist?

I plan on continuing to take photos every day and explore possible photo projects!
