Denial is the first image of my film-photo 3 mood project. In this project, I wanted to represent the five stages of grief—denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, and acceptance through various colors and compositions. Denial is my favorite image because of its darker and warm tones. I love its composition and the use of the table setting to symbolize the process of longing for something that is no longer present -- or, in other words, denial.
