I submitted these photos for a film-photos 2 assignment, and I really liked them. I've never intentionally shot at golden hour, purposely using it's lighting conditions, so it was a lot of fun editing and shooting these pictures. I wanted to convey the idea of daydreaming by creating a dreamy, soft, and almost fluffy mood. I absolutely loved the idea of the sun hitting her face and creating soft light and shadows, so while editing, I emphasized the green wall so that the warmer face could stand out. The colors in the pictures reminded me of some movie stills I had previously seen, which, at the time, inspired me a lot, so I was very satisfied with my overall work. As I see the progress I've been making so far with my photography, I've felt a boost in confidence and motivation.
